- Our all sound modules are very high quality. You can feel very confident for creating best quality voice invitation cards. However, keep in mind that final sound quality highly depends on your sound file. So, please pay attention to the following tips in order to improve recorded sound quality. Recorded sound quality depends on many factors such as hardware, surrounding noise, and your sound quality. The main idea here is to eliminate pops, clicks, hums, background noise and too high or too low level of recording. This way talking cards with sound module will sound a lot much better than they already are
- Microphone quality and setup can make dramatic difference in the resulting recording. Use good quality of microphone where you can. External headsets with microphones usually give better quality than built-in microphones
- Experiment with the distance between the microphone and your mouth, starting with 5 inches
- Adjust the recording volume level so that your mouth can be placed close to microphone without overloading. This approach can eliminate significant amount of ambient noise. However, positioning the microphone too close to mouth will also increase the amount of detailed vocal sounds (like “p” and “s” sounds) that are recorded
- Speak with a smooth and consistent loudness
- Try to maintain the recording volume as much as you can
- Record in a quiet room
- Keep microphone away from any noise source such as fluorescent-light fixtures, computer air vents. Shut down any motor-driven devices including ceiling fans in recording area
