Shipping Options:

We do offer USPS first class, priority, and express priority shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Once your order shipped, all customers will be provided with a tracking number and a link.

Shipment Processing Time:

Orders placed before noon Central Standard Time (CST) will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after noon CST will be shipped out the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays after 8 AM CST will be shipped on the next business day. No Sunday shipments. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We do offer the following two options to track your order with up-to-the-minute information about your orders.

1) Track at "http://ibvship.aftership.com/": You can track your shipment by entering the tracking number e-mailed to you by Invite By Voice LLC.

2) Track with Arrive app: Arrive is a mobile app available for iOS devices. It will update you with the status of your order, and send automatic delivery notifications. You can choose to receive updates by using Arrive app from the order status page.

Note: Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our Distribution Center. Please use one of the two tracking options above to determine when your package is picked up, in-transit, and delivered to your door.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping rate depends on the weight of your order, delivery address location, and also the shipping method selected thru checkout process. To get the most accurate shipping rates, please add the products you want to purchase to your cart (rest assured, you are not committing to make a purchase yet at all), once products are added to the cart, shopping cart will be shown with the all items you wanna purchase, and you will see shipping rates there.

Estimated delivery times are also shown in the shopping cart for each available options. It is very likely that your order will arrive sooner than estimated delivery times. However, please keep in mind that we do not guarantee that.

All Orders will be shipped in next day by USPS (excluding sunday) 

In USA First Class Mail reaches in 3 to 5 days, Priority mail reaches 2 to 3 days,  Priority Mail Express Reaches 1 to 2 days. 

In All Other Countries; First Class Mail reaches in 2 to 3 weeks, Priority mail reaches 6 to 10 days,  Priority Mail Express Reaches 3 to 5 days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Please be aware that International orders may require you to pay import taxes upon receipt. Customs fees or taxes (if any), will be paid by the customer.

Return Policy:
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order. 

Incorrect Addresses:

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot redirect it. Unless shipment package is sent back to us by shipping carrier, we cannot refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
