Thanks for shopping at invitebyvoice.com. We do design and manufacture our own products, and we do stand behind our products. We hope that you enjoy your Invite By voice products as much as we enjoyed making them for you.
However, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You can return your order for full refund or exchange.
- If you are returning due to having difficulty in recording into our products or if you cannot figure out how to use them, we will kindly ask you to send us an e-mail at email@example.com first with detailed explanation of the difficulty you are having as we might very well be able to address your concerns thru e-mail communications. We will also highly encourage your to read products descriptions, and especially watch videos on product pages as they are designed to address most of the potential questions. In addition to that, you can also see Frequently Asked Questions here.
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. It is the time from the date you placed your order and you shipped it back (not the time we got the order back)
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- In order to return or exchange all or part of your order, please send us an e-mail via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please clearly write the following details in your e-mail: order#, full name, shipping address, phone number, and the brief description for the reason for return or exchange. Once we get your e-mail, your return or exchange will be managed thru e-mails.
- We kindly ask that you are responsible for all shipping & tracking costs for returns & exchanges. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you need/want to exchange the item(s) in your order for other ones, please send us an e-mail, and include your order ID, full name and e-mail address in the order, exactly which ones and how many of them you like to exchange, and new items you wanna get. Please e-mail to email@example.com, and we will arrange the exchange thru e-mails.
We kindly ask that you are responsible for all shipping & tracking costs for returns & exchanges.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it within 5 business days to determine the order's condition. So, please give us at least 5 business days to inspect and refund you.
Given that order is in the original condition, we will immediately initiate a refund thru your account and you will be credited the full amount back to the original method of payment. As soon as we initiate the refund you will get notification e-mail from firstname.lastname@example.org with all details of your refund. Please keep in mind that your total refund amount cannot be higher than an originally paid amount.
Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days. If you did not receive your refund after 10 business days of our notification e-mail, please contact your bank, your credit card company. Keep in mind that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). In the cases where products were altered, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error refunds or exchanges cannot be issued.
Fees paid for recording into products by us are not refundable.
